When I got the opportunity to work with Higgins Center For Healing for their psychotherapy branding photography, I was thrilled to be able to put a spotlight on these amazing women who are working so hard to benefit the mental health of our community! As a Richmond business photographer, one of my favorite things to do is have my craft bring awareness to local businesses dedicated to important causes.

Sarah and Liz were both a pleasure to work with, and I helped ease their worries through every step of the branding photography process. From the first point of contact to image selection, I worked closely with them to create the perfect shoot to display their comfortable and casual modern therapy practice. Sarah herself started out nervous, but couldn’t have been happier with the results!

“Emily was incredibly responsive when I first reached out and was immediately on top of capturing the essence of our practice.  She was very organized, and was strategic about what we covered in each of our planning sessions which made sure we made the most of our time.  She connected us with hair and makeup stylists and made recommendations for outfits which turned out to be game-changers.  Day of Emily had a great instinct about which poses and angles would look the best for our website, social media, etc, and gave us a lot of really good options to work with.  It ended up being a really fun day and was the start of a new beginning as we were welcoming a new clinician to our practice.”
