Photography has always been more than just a profession to me—it's a way of life. From a young age, (around seven years old) I found inspiration behind the lens, using my camera to freeze time and preserve emotions. As a former teacher I was working part time on my photography business while in the classroom until I went fulltime photographer in 2018! Over the years, my craft has evolved, and I have honed my skills to capture love, joy, and authenticity in every image.

When I was a kid I used to love watching the Price is Right and told my mom I would be on it. Sure enough I went to the show in 2015 when I lived in Los Angeles and was randomly selected from the audience as the last contestant to come on down. After some fun games I won a brraaaaaand newwww car! So when you see me roll up in my Kia Soul, you know where it came from! Yes, I had to pay taxes, but 2k isn't bad for a new car.
I won a car on the price is right!
After being a classroom teacher for eight years, I really wanted my brand to stand out & I love letting my creative juices flow. Business ownership can be hard! I want you to have an amazing experience in front of the camera no matter what type of session you have. Life is too short to miss out on an opportunity to capture you!

Ben and I met back in 2010 in college and have been together ever since! Our pup Tuxedo came into our lives in 2018 and our son was born in 2022! Ben is a part of the EmmiClaire team as the FAA part 107 certified drone photographer. We love working together creating unique photographs for you!

ASHLEY IS HONORED TO BE A PART OF HER CLIENT'S SPECIAL DAYS.
Ashley loves photographing because of the amazing people she gets to form a relationship with. She has the opportunity to be a part of their love, happiness, pure joy & laughter throughout the day. Ashley is so honored to be a part of special days & the amount of overwhelming pride she gets that is beyond words. There's no more fulfilling job!
KYLIE HAS A PASSION FOR SERVING OUR COUPLES, PHOTOGRAPHY, AND OF COURSE LOVE STORIES.
Kylie has loved photography ever since she laid eyes on my first roll of film at just 10 years old. She is moved at how photography allows her to quietly capture sweet moments in beautiful spaces so that your memories can forever be treasured and never forgotten.
After the lights go dim and the dance floor clears, some of the sweet and simple memories will fade, but your beautiful images will last forever. Her goal is for you to not only have gorgeous, heirloom photos, but to have an experience of a lifetime working!

Jeannie is our people person extraordinaire. With a natural ability to connect with clients on a personal level, Jeannie ensures that every photoshoot is a fun and relaxed experience. Her infectious enthusiasm and warm demeanor create a comfortable atmosphere, enabling clients to express their true selves in front of the camera. Jeannie's vibrant personality shines through her work, resulting in portraits that capture the essence of each individual's unique character.
MEET JEANNIE
I will take care of you every step of the way, all of your photos will still be edited by me in the EmmiClaire style you know and love. You and our associate will meet up once or twice before the wedding to get to know each other and she will be there to serve you 100% when your big day arrives!
What happens with the images?
Absolutely not! Every one of my associate photographers has had years of experience under their belt, and in fact has been the lead photographer for countless weddings. So, why would they want to be an associate you might ask? Well, for personal reasons, ease of running business, or maybe family reasons my associates have decided that being an associate fits their lifestyle more than running a business under their own name. Bottom line, they are awesome, experienced, and totally capable of handling anything a wedding day has to throw at them!
Are associate photographers less experienced?
I haven't quite mastered the skill of teleporting yet and can't be in two places at once. If I am unavailable, or a little outside of budget you can still get the EmmiClaire style and experience by having an associate photograph your wedding!
What is an associate photographer?
We know you have questions & we are here to help!
FAQ'S
For one, it will save you money. Because we operate as a team the overhead is lower therefore allowing me to offer associate services at a reasonable rate without sacrificing any of the experience or product quality.
What are the benefits of hiring an associate?
My associate and my own images are featured all over my website, can you tell the difference? Exactly! You are in great hands! If you need a little extra comforting, no worries, we can share a private portfolio with you to explore.
How do I know I will like your associate's images?
Emily photographed my senior portraits this year and they turned out fabulously! She was the only photographer to respond to my inquiries and I am so happy I found her! The photos she captured, were exactly what I imagined--she truly brought my vision to life. I tend to look awkward when photographed, but Emily posed me so well. She was also so kind, and made me feel relaxed during the whole shoot.
