As a Virginia branding photographer, I was so excited the day I got the opportunity to work with Southern Marsh! Getting to connect with such an iconic and timeless brand was like a dream come true. Theirs is a brand committed to honoring Southern culture and inspired by the balance of urban life and outdoor activity and adventure; I knew this was a project I didn’t want to miss!

Every Southern Marsh product is made from the highest quality materials, and I loved getting to feature them in my photography! Not only that but knowing that my images were contributing to the brand’s conservation efforts made me feel like part of something even bigger than myself or the Southern Marsh brand. I love a brand that gives back, and Southern Marsh definitely does that in a big way, helping to protect the land and lifestyle they aim to honor in their products.

Most of the images were captured at Independence Golf Club in Midlothian, and it provided such a diverse opportunity for backdrops! I was thrilled to be able to capture both action shots on the course as well as valuable time shared between a small and happy family. Being able to capture the company’s values in such a palpable way is a powerful thing, and I couldn’t have been happier with how it turned out!
