How It All Began: Jill and Reece’s Love Story

Every couple has a unique story that leads them to the moment they decide to spend the rest of their lives together. Jill and Reece’s romantic journey began in Kentucky, continued through a trip to Miami, and culminated in a breathtaking proposal at Windansea Beach in La Jolla, California. I felt honored to capture this extraordinary moment as Reece got down on one knee, surrounded by the breathtaking beauty of La Jolla. We planned it perfectly as Jill and Reece walked right past me before heading down to the beach.

Jill and Reece met through a mutual friend in Kentucky in February 2019. Their connection was undeniable, and they quickly realized they were meant to be together. They cherished every moment spent together, whether it was taking long walks with their GoldenDoodle, Finley, or traveling and exploring new places.

The Perfect Proposal: Reece’s Romantic Plan

Reece put a lot of thought into planning the perfect proposal for Jill. Jill’s mom even helped find EmmiClaire Photography! He incorporated her love for California too since that’s where Jill’s family is from. After a boat ride and a visit to La Jolla, he led her to Windansea Beach, where he popped the question. Despite feeling nervous, Reece managed to surprise Jill, who felt overjoyed, happy, and shocked at the incredible moment.
